  • All our batches are specially designed to ensure a personalized experience for your child. When you block a spot, we are unable to offer it to anybody else. Thus, bookings once made, cannot be canceled. If you have a genuine need to reschedule, we will certainly try our best to accommodate it.

Refunds, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

No Questions Asked, 100% refund.

  1. No refunds can be made after the above-mentioned timelines or in the middle of the program.
  2. In the case of class cancellation in the middle of the course by Maytree Academy, we will arrange an alternate batch/class to complete the course.
  3. If enrollment in a class does not reach a minimum threshold, we may contact you to reschedule your child to another batch, in order to achieve a superior learning experience and group engagement.
    1. We collect certain personal information about visitors and users of 100% refund, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the student’s schedule.
    2. Please note that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats.
  4. For any refunds, Maytree Academy will take 2 business days.
